Order: All orders are subject to acceptance by Solvang Tech in writing by a duly authorized agent of Solvang Tech. ; any written acknowledgement of receipt of an order does not constitute such acceptance. Orders accepted and processed by Solvang Tech. may not be cancelled by Customer except as covered by the Limited Warranty, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing by an agent of Solvang Tech.

 

Payment : All payments must be in US Dollars and be made prior to Solvang Tech production proceeding. Payment via net thirty (30) days is available to approved businesses. Wire transfers are welcome or we accept also paypal account for some small amount order.

 

Delivery : Shipping or freight charges and insurance will be paid by the customer. Shipping charges quoted are for delivery only; buyer is responsible for any taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees, etc. Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Solvang Tech. are estimates only and that Solvang Tech. will not be liable for failure to delivery on such dates.

 

No Warranty; Disclaimer. : Solvang parts have been produced in qualified manufacturing process and strict testing method. Solvang ensure the product is in good condition and well-functioned prior to shipment. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR OUR PROUCT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITTEN, SOLVANG PROVIDE THE PROUCT "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROUCT IS WITH THE BUYER. SHOULD THE PROUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, BUYER ASSUMES TO PAY THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY REPAIR, ADJUSTMENT OR CORRECTION.

 

General : The Terms and Conditions may not be modified or cancelled without Solvang Tech 's written agreement. Accordingly goods furnished and services rendered by Solvang Tech are sold only on the terms and conditions stated herein.
